Ive paid for two years or so with visible stopped subscription and it doesnt even tell you your heart rate without paying it is ridiculous as the pacing does nothing and insanely inaccurate for me.

I have this and been using it for a few years now for my ME/cfs. Find it really useful to manage my pacing. It can send alerts to my Apple watch to let me know when I’m overdoing it and need to take a break. 🙌

Im only on day 2 of yes but my GOSH! I’ve never had more accurate heart rate tracking that’s actually constant and shows the exact spikes when I stand up 😁
