Three Biblical Truths You Need to Know
Is Jesus the Son of God, or is He God Himself?
This is a question that has troubled many Christians.
If Jesus is God, why did He pray to the Father in heaven?
If the Father is God, and the Son is also God, are we believing in one God, or more than one?
Today, we are not here to argue.
Let us quietly return to the Bible,
and see the answer God’s Word gives us.
Because this truth may completely change the way you understand your faith.

First, there is only one God.
 The Bible says:
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD.”
 Deuteronomy 6:4, KJV
And the book of Isaiah says:
“I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.”
 Isaiah 44:6, KJV
So from the very beginning, the Bible reveals to us that God is not one god among many.
He is the one true God.
 He is the only God.
Second, God was manifest in the flesh.
 John 1:14 says:
“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.”
 John 1:14, KJV
 Jesus also said:
“He that hath seen me hath seen the Father.”
 John 14:9, KJV
 And 1 Timothy 3:16 says:
“God was manifest in the flesh.”
 1 Timothy 3:16, KJV
This does not mean there are two Gods.
It means the invisible God came personally among mankind,
so that people could see Him, know Him, and draw near to Him.
Outwardly, Jesus had the appearance of a man.
 He became hungry.
 He became tired.
 He also prayed.
 But in His essence,
He was God manifest in the flesh.

The Spirit within the Lord Jesus was the Spirit of God Himself.
It was God’s own Spirit clothed in flesh,
 so that the invisible God
 could become visible,
 touchable,
 and knowable to mankind.

Third, the most important thing is to know this God.
 Concerning the mystery of God,
there have been many explanations throughout history.
Different church traditions may use different expressions.
But the most important thing is not to win an argument.
The most important thing is to humbly ask:
How can I truly know the God who leads me?
The Bible says there is only one God.
This one God has revealed Himself to us in different ways.
In the Old Testament, He revealed Himself as the LORD.
In the New Testament, He revealed Himself in Jesus Christ.
But He is still the same God.
When you truly know this God,
He will turn your confusion into light.
He will turn your questions into revelation.
He will open before you a door that no man can shut.

So today, do not just listen to an opinion.
 Return to the Bible.
 Seek Him quietly.
 And pray sincerely.
