actually the fact that the employees were Muslim is immaterial. First the may be Chaldean, but it still does not matter. This filming people makes folks uncomfortable whether legal or not. All businesses need to do a better job making the rules clear. It is a common perception that one needs permission from any persons that may be in the video. That may or may not be true in different situations. This is not a WalMart or employee or customer or Muslim or non-Muslim issue. But it will become more common. The real issue is the lack of clarity.
