random but if I'm 39 weeks pregnant is it okay for me to use one if I'm gonna be shopping and walking for a long time I've never used one because I'm nervous and feel like it's still not right but I have to stop multiple times to calm down or find a place to sit I get really hot, lightheaded, and out of energy so fast but I feel like it's still not okay for me to use one because I can walk it's just a big struggle??
