You cannot test for food allergies/intolerance from hair, hair is dead cells that do not contain live immune cells or antibodies that react to food. You have to have a blood test or scoop or do the elimination diet.

Food intolerances aren’t detectable in hair. There’s no biological mechanism. Food reactions involve gut, immune, and enzymatic processes — none of which leave a readable signature in your hair shaft. The methods these companies use (often bioresonance or “energy frequency” testing) have been repeatedly tested and shown to perform no better than chance. Send the same person’s hair in twice under different names and you routinely get different results.
