Ingredients: - 1/2 cup oats (use gf if needed) - 1 serving promix powder (chocolate or vanilla, discount code: CLAIRE) - 2 tbsp cocoa powder - 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener - pinch of salt - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1/2 cup milk of choice, or water - 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips Instructions: - Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a small oven safe dish or ramekin. - Blend oats into a fine flour. - Add oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and baking powder to a bowl.
