I love this! My wife and I own 6 businesses, work together everyday… our kids work for us, my father-in-law works for us and just about to start teaching the young grand kids to work for us. We are blessed!

I would love to hear more about your work dynamic with your husband and family. I work with my partner and I am a person who expects super high results, super high level input and borderline perfectionism (working on that) and I find it difficult to do that while obviously protecting our relationship and not letting work consume our time together. This is the reason why now I shy away from working with friends, so I would really appreciate to hear how you deal with this, any systems you have in place, how to really separate life and work (bcoz when you run a business, it kinda becomes your life), nourish those relationships
