Have him get a sleep study and get a CPAP machine. My husband snored so bad. We slept in different rooms for a year because it was so bad. The CPAP was a game changer! I would record him while he was sleep and send him the videos.

My boyfriend snored sooo bad when we first started dating. I made him go to the doctor. He now has a sleep ap machine. He’s waking up refreshed and so am I. Best thing ever!!!

I had to buy silicon ear plugs so that if I fall asleep after him, I can still get good sleep. he snores, I sleep. silicon ear plugs have been a huge game changer for me.

I feel you my husband snores badly!!! I have to get into bed and go to sleep first as well or I can forget about it. 😱! I purchased some esr plugs and I was like, " Oooooo, I can't hear anything. Yes then I got scared of not hearing the house at night ugh
