@ruruthefitnessguru: Calories are just another unit of measurement, except we use it to measure food, or at-least we should be. Otherwise we don’t know how much is enough. I will say not every calorie is the same calorie is the same but neither is every pound. Think about it. Would you rather get hit with a pound of feathers or a pound of bricks? You don’t have to answer that but if you are eating the right amount of calories no matter what kind. You can lose the weight.
