Pausing to let you know that you can adjust the paddle depth on your KitchenAid so the tip reaches the right depth at the bottom! Look it up on YT ☺️I'm also going through all my paper copies of recipes and DEFINITELY need to share one of my cheesecake/coffee cake hybrids with you. It's soooooo rich and tasty!
