Can you please talk more about eating to nourish your body not just because it fits your macros, that's my biggest problem. It got to the point that I do not care how healthy that recipe/meal is I just care if it fits my calories and if it's as low in calories as possible 😭

How do you fit in a proper sleep schedule ? I don’t sleep well bc I have to wake up early to go to the gym otherwise I won’t go but at the same time I work till dinner time then gotta go home, meal prep and then can sleep. I’m basically out from (wake up at 5) 6 am till 8 pm. Meal prep till 9-10 pm and then go to bed 💀

im starting to go to the gym again now and being more active in general but the part im scared of is not eating enough. Last time I would get so caught up on how much macros I was eating and when I didnt hit that I gave up trying. idk how to prevent that from happening again :(

How much protein should I eat to actually gain muscle while losing fat? I need to drop lots of fat and I am realizing on training days i can manage only a certain amount of protein while also eating enough carbs and micros to keep my energy levels up and staying within the calorie deficit 😭 I am aiming at 2g protein per GOAL body weight but is it enough?

Changed my weight loss target from months to a year bc I genuinely slashed my calories to low and it worked at the start (lost 15 pounds) but the hunger is getting to me 😭 so I will lose the last 20 more sustainably

The rep thing is what physios suggest! For my physio I'm aiming for a certain number of reps in a range to build my muscle back. 3 sets with breaks is scientifically the one that increases muscles the most!
