I am and I am not sorry Jordon didn’t win last night on American Idol. It’s bittersweet for me, but there’s another way to look at it. Sometimes the best thing that can happen to an artist on this show is actually NOT winning. Look at Jennifer Hudson and Adam Lambert — they went on to have incredible careers and became even bigger stars after the show. Jordon already won the hearts of America, and honestly, many of the biggest success stories from American Idol are the runners-up. The contestants who don’t win often gain something even more valuable — their freedom to become the artist they were truly meant to be. Jordon’s journey is only beginning, and I believe his future is going to be far bigger than this moment.

To be fair, Hannah only won cause of her first audition and her original song. Her song resonated with a lot of mothers so that’s why she was popular from the get go. Jordan had the better vocals but people only voted for Hannah cause of that one audition 💀
