Depends on the ticket. I got pulled in Limon, Co in 2016 and got wrote up for a few different things. I thought they all went to the company until I got pulled over for speeding in Lamar, Co and got arrested for a warrant from one of those tickets.

I applied for a company and they can absolutely see all your inspections so it’s on your record. I never had a ticket so I can’t answer that

If it’s a tire that you’re driving negligently and it’s off the rim or a blown tire they will ticket the driver and the company. Moving violation is always on the driver and also affects the company DOT. If they put you out of service you don’t get ticketed as a driver it’s companies responsibility to fix it but it’s your responsibility to communicate to the company. Like I’ve mentioned I’ve been an owner op and I’m currently a driver. Also if you’re overweight on an axle that’s on the driver but it also affects company dot as well. Company/owner is always affected but driver is only affected for specific things only. Affected meaning things that will affect your record.

Your roadside inspection tickets goes on your psp record at www.psp.fmcsa.dot.gov. It also affect your company immensely their csa scores, if your company scores are low weigh stations will check you more, brokers will deny you loads etc. Fines, higher insurance cost all can be at risk 🤔

It depends on the violation. Some go to the driver while others go to the company. Permits, tags, registration, etc go to the company. Logs, equipment, or road violations including over weight go to the driver.

It depends tires, stickers and paperwork like logs and permits books goes on both. The driver will get a ticket. But certain mechanical or overweight issues goes back to the company.

it goes as points against the driver and the company that's why alot of company will fire a driver because it counts against the company also and those points follow the driver if they go to another company

The company owner get the ticket for any inspections 1-2-3 unless it’s a drivers negligence like overweight or any damage. If you didn’t catch it during your pretrip. Where you’re over hours or missing break during your drive time you can get ticketed for that going over hours especially

🤔 if you are a company driver the ticket goes to the company, owner operator has to pay if they find any violations, basically whoever is the owner of the vehicle being inspected

Get a copy of your PSP on the government website. It cost $10. You’ll see all your violations and you’ll even see the companies you worked for and also you will see like the inspections that you passed. All violations are on there for three years.
