Power steering rack and timing cover that’s a graaaaavy repair pays like 30 hours can easily do it in 15 or less, the pumps never go bad the covers leaking behind the pump do like 1 a week minimum

I was told in my shop that the techs dont upsell enough. So NATURALLY the next truck that came in overheated because the drive belt broke. A new belt and tensioner and it would prolly be fine. I quoted water pump, front cover reseal, valvecovers, spark plugs, trans service and brakes on that bitch. Granted it does need all that but still
