Yes, similarly horse riding. Having done this from the age of 11, the thighs, balance, core, they’ve been built on over a long period of time, through growth into adulthood. I’ve not ridden for 10 years but my inner thighs, calves and core remain of strength.

You shouldn’t be sorry because what you’re doing is really working well for you. My grandmother and dance teacher are both 99 yrs old. Neither of them lifted heavy etc.. still very mobile. They lived active lifestyles and ate well. Wellness and longevity is very personal to each individual ❤️

Yep!!! I always did sports in highschool and now my muscles know where to go when I’m getting into shape. Muscle memory is a real thing.
