I dunno about that. I never see anything as all bad or all good. even when treated like crap, I see the reason or history, so I still don't see them as all bad or forget who they are, I just see both sides and remember both sides. honestly, most people don't see all bad or all good, they see the grey areas

omg thank you thank you I get episodes were I spilt from pure joy happiness love for everything and then go to hating being annoyed mad depressed over everything but it's not enough to count as bpd and I knew it was trauma but never knew why
