Dude I’m in SaaS sales and I’m pro bring in change agents from every single area my tool touches even if it makes things more difficult… I’m working on a pretty big transformation right now and my buying team is just procurement and I was like next time we meet I need people from all the teams available 😂

Had a law firm change the pdf software. They picked one that didn’t properly redact documents. No one realized until they rolled it out and all the paralegals pointed out how problematic it was

We’re still having issues with our new accounting system after almost a year of use. And they just moved us to a new vendor maintenance system while still putting out fires for the other new system… it’s a shit show right now.

my job just installed a new system for all paperwork but we still have to do the paperwork on actual paper we used before. the system doesn't actually work the way they thought so now we put it in the computer, fill out the paper and then they added a white board to track what's left for shipment. we also clock in on a time clock and now we also clock in on the computer. 🙄
