Marriages can survive an affair(s) if the one having the affair truly wants to try and your willing to forgive him. Please do absolutely everything you can to save your marriage.

FYI. Mediation is just a step to see if you can resolve the situation before going to court. I wanna say probably 80 to 90% of all mediations end up going to divorce court.

Here in New York I went to WE THE People they prepared all the documents needed for a divorce. NO lawyer needed. You served the papers period and done. Unless you’re fighting for a home, car, boat. ETC then you let them know what type of writing agreement you want and that’s it. Remember if you have kids he has to pay child support until they’re 23 and in college. And he is responsible foryou alimony.
