I stumbled upon this book, Manifest The Gateway To Success By Elira Starfall, and it's honestly been a game changer for me, the way it explains how to rewire your thoughts and focus on the present is so powerful, I feel like I've been living in a whole different reality since I started applying the principles from it.

I don’t usually recommend books but Glow They Never Saw by Zael Veynor helped me so much... it doesn’t let you hide behind excuses. It makes you aware of the exact moment you choose comfort over growth and once you notice that, discipline stops feeling forced
