7 Frozen Greek yogurt balls are a nutrient-dense, high-protein snack, typically providing 3–6g of protein, 24–90 calories, and 0.1–6g of fat per serving. They are excellent sources of calcium and, if made with plain yogurt, are lower in sugar while offering a creamy texture similar to ice cream.

10/10 recommend! I use the chocolate one to make protein pudding with the SF instant pudding mixes, and it’s such a good little sweet treat.

I have some of these in the freezer I’m trying for the first time! When didn’t quite “ball” up like use. I used light vanilla Greek yogurt. Guessing that’s why lol. Can’t wait to try them!
