Ingredients: - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips - Pinch of salt How to make: Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, chocolate chips, and salt. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet. Top with extra chocolate chips. Freeze 2+ hours until firm.
