Hey love, I have the big 24 inch dtf. I been through 2 in the last 4 years. I use my machine 10 hours a day 6 days a week printing a lot a day. The only advice I can give you is at least run it once a day so the ink doesn’t get get stuck, run White circulation every two days for about two minutes without running the machine. Clean the head of the solution every four days and make sure when you’re running it you’re paying attention to the actual machine cause in any second the paper could fold, and it can damage the head.

Good luck! I hope your printer is good for you! I’ve had many issues with my Lancelot printer!!!! Printhead has gone out twice and they $300+ each time, my mother board went out that was another $350+ to replace!!! My slicer does not work when I try to slice it messes up the paper 😕! The software continues to shut down when you try your load more that 10 images in the software! I’ve it little under two years and issues began within 6 months!

My friend has one and it does not leave a clean cut everytime ! Matter of fact it don’t cut at all it bunches up the paper as well can we get that customer service 24/7 number because that does not exist for her !

And why are you holding the paper ? Did you not get the shaker and dryer ? The reason I ask is that you have to cut those and shake the powder on them and it would be hard with a sheet that big without cutting

the bigger the printer, the easier maintenance will be due to the ease of getting to the capping station and heads.
