@kickcentral.hq: This training session turned into pure comedy 😭 Deen The Great and Adrien Broner are in the gym getting trained by Quinton Jackson and everything starts normal at first. Rampage is trying to teach them how to throw proper leg kicks and low kicks like a real MMA session. Rampage demonstrates it clean too. Good form, good balance, everything technical. Then it’s AB’s turn 😭 The second Adrien Broner throws the kick, Deen instantly loses it laughing. You can tell the kick looked NOTHING like what Rampage just showed. AB’s body movement is awkward, the timing is off, and somehow it looks more like a dance move than a low kick 😭 Rampage tries again, demonstrating it slowly like “nah look, do THIS.” Everybody resets. Then AB throws another one… somehow in a completely different weird style 😭 That’s when the whole gym starts laughing. Even Rampage can’t keep it together anymore. Then he hits him with “this is not kung fu… who you, Blakie Chan?” 😭 That line completely kills the room. The way Rampage says it makes it sound like AB invented his own martial art mid training session. What makes the clip so funny is how serious the lesson starts compared to how chaotic it becomes. Rampage is genuinely trying to coach while AB keeps accidentally creating new fighting styles every attempt
