Iv had KP for forever and the only thing that worked for me is the SA body wash by Cerave and KP body scrub by first aid beauty. Salicylic acid, lactic acid and ceramides are very important for KP.

How old do they have to be to use it. Both me and my son have it on the backs of my arms. I think he has it to on his side burn area/cheeks. He has been scratching the heck out of it. Yes is gets better when I keep him moisturized but it doesn’t go away. Just comes back the second he isn’t as creamy.

After you bathe, leave the skin a little damp, rub in petroleum jelly and then body lotion works for me.
