@lappstructures: This 14' x 18' Wellington Pool House is designed to be the ultimate backyard entertainment hub. The exterior features Navajo White SmartPanel siding paired with sharp Black trim. For a high-end, custom look, we added a Provia Stone veneer skirting in Fieldstone Shenandoah with brown grout. The layout is divided into a functional storage space and a dedicated bar area. The bar side features durable composite decking on both the floor and the bar top, so you don't have to worry about wet feet or spills. We equipped the bar with recessed lighting and a dedicated media outlet, making it the perfect spot to hang a TV for game days by the pool. A clean, square vinyl post supports the overhang for a modern touch. For access, we included a set of wood double doors on the side for larger equipment and a single entry door on the front for easy everyday use. It’s a great example of how to combine practical storage with a luxury outdoor living space that’s ready for summer.
