@janelle.invests: Who’s lost money on a deal and isn’t ashamed to say it 🙋🏻‍♀️ I used to feel super embarrassed for losing money on flips… I felt like a total failure and imposter for trying to do something I obviously wasn’t good at. But, then I realized that anyone who starts something new isn’t going to be great at it when they first get started. It’s going to take time to figure it out and learn how to do it well. So, I started thinking of my losses as “tuition”. And, I wouldn’t consider it failure unless I quit. If I didn’t quit, I didn’t fail. I just learned a lot of expensive lessons, but I definitely wouldn’t repeat them again. If this is you too, don’t worry! I see you and I’m here for you.
