Yes these are user installable. If they are not installed properly and a vacuum pulled properly you will have problems. We had 2 leaks on this one that a homeowner did and the system was full of moisture. Please call someone if you don't know what you are doing

Just installed two of those, both 9k, last week. I was unsure if there was a minimum length on the copper. I called Innovair tech support. I was told the minimum is 15'. You're short on that copper.
