It looks exactly like Prismacolor's Ebony pencil. I used it all the time when I was in art school. I wonder if they bought the recipe when they discontinued. I think any graphite pencil graded 8B and above can work since pencils are just super soft graphite, only difference is they are smoother to draw with (pic isn't mine it was taken from Prismacolor's website under their review section.)

Gen X here and my mom taught us to set our brows with a toothbrush and hairspray. Spray toothbrush then brush through brows. Always worked great 😊

I completed the makeup diploma from MUD in Burbank in the early 2000's and this was the only brow pencil in our kit. Shu Uemura hard formula in seal brown is the only actual brow pencil I've used that I've used that's similar. Gucci has one kind of similar but it's a little more powdery.

Lancome brow pencil is the ONLY powder brow pencil I have used that is not waxy. It’s a powder in a pencil form. You have to use it with their sharpener. It’s perfection. They had sooo many more shades in the OG one. 😭
