garlic bun smashburger🍔💛 400 calories & 50g protein🤩🍟 Ingredients: * 1 lb 96% lean ground beef * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * Olive oil spray * 1 onion, thinly sliced * 2 slices Velveeta cheese (40 calories each) * Lettuce * 1 low-calorie hamburger bun For the bun: * 1 tbsp light butter * Minced garlic * Parsley Sauce: * 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt * 1 tbsp mustard * 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup * 1 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce * Splash of pickle juice * Salt * Black pepper * Garlic powder * Onion powder Directions Add the ground beef to a bowl along with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined, then divide into 6 equal portions. Spray a pan with olive oil spray and add the sliced onions. Cook until soft and golden, then remove from the pan.
