@mshangryfoodie: 📍 Mother Dough | Edmonton Freson Bros has a sandwich shop! 🥪 It’s located in Winterburn. They specialize in all things sourdough — sandwiches, soups + chilis in bread bowls, and cinnamon buns. Of course, you can also buy fresh sourdough on its own. I tried the Italian capicola ham sandwich, which was served on sourdough focaccia. The bread itself was soft and fluffy. The ingredients tasted fresh and the sundried tomato pesto pulled everything together. As for the bread bowl, chicken noodle was the daily soup when I visited. The soup was alright, but I found it underwhelming. I finished off the meal with one of their sourdough cinnamon buns, which was a nice ending. #sandwich #sourdough #yegfood #yeg #edmonton
