Ok I’m a collegiate sprinter who had to run an 8k. Didn’t train at all for it and my average mile was 8:30… you run everyday and got an app for it 🤦🏾♂️

they are fast. I set my first few PB's in them. But last pb I made in my old Evo SL. They feel more nimble and bouncy than zf6. Wich I find a little mechanical. Bot cheap good shoes 💪💚
