@jaycyj.pov: So I took a private Muay Thai class at Frias Fight Team. They’re located in Richmond. Lead by coaches Mark & Serena, they focus on authentic Muay Thai and have true understanding of the art from traveling to Thailand and training there first hand. They’re experienced fighters and are passing on their knowledge to anyone who wants to learn! Mark was absolutely incredible, walking me through the entire process, never made me feel as though I was too slow or that he pushed me to a point where I’d give up.
