Locator here! I would go Alexan Rivercrest they have amazing prices / amenities and are offering 10 weeks free right now. Plus you can get to the trails within minutes. Skyhouse is also great they just upgraded but I think they have limited availability. Marlowe would be good to add to your list!

I would do skyhouse as you can’t beat the Rainey st location and they were just remodeled. Solomon I heard bad about and my friend lives at platform but out of the way.

i love living at rivercrest! Ubers to downtown are so cheap and you’re right by the trail & noble joes (also the pool is always packed w cool ass people, summer is gonna be sooo fun)

100% would recommend Alexan Riverside! It’s cheaper than Rivercrest (you don’t get much more for your money). Also, haven’t had an issue with our elevators lol. I’ve never had my guests towed as long as they register and it’s about a 6 minute walk to the trail!

Tour MAA S Lamar, terrifying reviews but honestly have had absolutely 0 issues in the last year and a half, so close to zilker and the trail plus takes no time to get out to the bars
