I just pay a company $40,000 a year they come out they pressure wash the house they clean the gutters regularly and they do the upkeep on the pond they come out once every 3 weeks check the gutters pressure wash the house if it needs it they clean the metal roof and then they mow the pond the reason I pay them so much is because they do it every year they come out and do it every 3 weeks so that's 18 times a year that's how many times they come out they also clean the barn through and keep it looking pretty I think it's worth it it's about $2,200 every 3 weeks but I have a lot of buildings on my property we have my great grandmother's house she moved into the smaller one my mother's house plus we have the shop was the fully enclosed glass building it's a four seasons glass building they clean the glass on that it's worth the money like actually worth it because I don't have to do it I don't have to scale a ladder they just come out every 3 weeks and clean everything like their scheduled to do remind me to be honest I don't mind paying the $2,200 every 3 weeks now I just pay for it by the year and they do a really really really good job like I can tell if they've been to my house because of how clean everything is they also this year they offered me driveway cleaning for every 3 weeks and I said fuck yeah I don't know what's going to be a year yet because I get my bill annually my bill comes every January 1st but in my opinion it's worth it
