The same exact thing happened to me at LAX airport! I too was gagged.😳 As someone who used to work as a front desk agent, i appreciate it when customers/guests wait to be called on to give me time to finish up what i was doing

I’d wait until gate agents, tsa, etc until they call you (esp in line) cause once they’re on the floor they are for sure working on something. If you have questions about the airport there should be information booths or table for questions. :)
