Omg diagnosis twinsies!! After being referred to a bone doctor for joint pain, I got told my weight just puts too much pressure on my joints just by walking or doing anything. Which is fair, excess weight can do that... except my joint pain is in my fingers and last time I checked I don't walk on my hands 😃

I told one doctor that “Maybe my cortisol levels will drop now that I know a couple of my migraine triggers cinnamon, and strawberries, and I might be able to loose the weight.” He replied “Migraines are stressfull?” I got a new doctor after that appointment. 😂
