Stability is also incredibly uncomfortable at first. The boring, the dull, the mundane are completely foreign to someone who’s lived in chaos forever. It took me years to find peace in it but once you do you’ll literally do anything to protect it. ♥️

Stability is what we strive for but it’s completely dull & numbing.

Once I heard someone say one issue is “procrastination “ I don’t agree…I do something right away….otherwise, it causes more anxiety

Unbelievable to me at 72 years of the age is that I do have it in control and that is so thankful because I have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Having my BP in control helps me manage my emotions which are basically very rational and and allowing me to deal with one thing at a time. I’m quite surprised that I am able to handle it so far. I’ve had my first treatment and it’s all quite an adventure of the unknown. I have faith that things will move along as they should and would as we do our best to keep things under control. I’m so glad to see you back here and follow your progress.😁

Years of coping skills lead to management which leads to stability. It’s so discouraging trying to get there but it’s so nice when the episodes are more tolerable and you know how to prevent future episodes.
