i bought this and another bovine collagen and BOTH clump up in my drink. I had an expensive marine collagen that dissolved effortlessly in my cold drink. Does Bovine collagen have to be in warm water? I want to put my collagen in my tumbler with my cold drink 😭

58 yr old female. I’ve been getting this one on Subscription for a while now which is the best one for someone in my age. I’ve been doing the creatine or should I be doing creatine in addition to that because they both seen the same except the one has creatine and one does not, and there’s one with hyaluronic acid. Just wondering which one I should be getting or using which one of these is the best for someone in my age?
