Honestly, being a Christian I wouldn’t want to eat this meat. Knowing what the Bible says and history, I really believe that Allah is Satan. So all the people in these comments, would it not make you uneasy to eat meat that people pray to Satan over do you wanna put that in your body? Whether you believe it or not, if they outright said that they prayed to Satan over this meat. Would you want to eat it?

It’s not that Halal is bad, it’s making a commitment of favoritism to only Islamic ideology and not being ALL inclusive to all religions! But what happened to the separation of church and state, if you have a Muslim child in school, let them brown bag their Halal food! But the lawsuit is still the best idea! to the rest of us it’s just… meat. i eat a lot of food that happens to be kosher. i eat a lot of food that happens to be halal. what exactly is the issue? halal practices are often more humane too.

Where are the animal rights activists? Halal bans stunning the animal before slaughter, the animal is aware and feels everything. We have a federal law that bans this process “Humane Slaughter Act”, religious exemption allows a work around and it’s awful. It’s 2026, this inhumane process needs a full stop

Halal slaughter has rules about minimizing suffering and treating the animal properly. It’s not some "scary ritual" like people online try to make it sound. Many religions and cultures have dietary methods, including kosher in Judaism. If you actually research it instead of repeating stereotypes, you’d know that.
