this was in my town. the school district is the one that alerted local parents to a child dying. the police attempted to cover it up immediately. PLEASE help this family. everyone in our area is struggling right now. this is a small town.

because of the US Supreme Court's 2005 case Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales they ruled that cops are only there to protect property & not humans
