I’ve cleaned up lots of diamond plate, and obviously sandblasting or laser blasting works best but a wire wheel on a grinder gets in there pretty well too, just not as good of profile for painting.

You should’ve put permanent marker on the fill cup so you don’t run into the same problem as last time when mixing g more then one batch

PAINT GUN TIP: when you're setting your pressure, just how you squeezed the trigger there, you squeeze it and set the air flow then to get the correct psi. when the trigger is not pressed, you're seeing static/current pressure, when squeezed shows working pressure.
