@brooklynsbites: BLUEBERRY OAT BARS 🫐 I have been making these oat bars every week for the past month and Cooper has been OBSESSED! He loves any kind of packaged oat bar so I wanted to recreate a homemade version with better for you ingredients, no preservatives and that were cost effective. We serve these for breakfast or snack time and he FLIES through them! INGREDIENTS: - 1/2 cup oats - 2 ripe bananas - 2 eggs - 2 dates - 2 tbsp peanut butter - 1/4 cup blueberries - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 1 tbsp flax meal OR seeds - 1 tbsp hemp seeds - 1/2 tsp baking powder - Dash of cinnamon DIRECTIONS: 1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Add all of the listed ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until mostly smooth 3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, cut into bars & enjoy! You can serve them warm or straight out of the fridge!
Forever making blueberry oat bars! They get demolished over here 😂😭

Yummy! The only thing I would do is soak the Chia seeds in water for about a half hour before you add them!

Ooh, just put this in the oven! I only had the ingredients for half the recipe so we'll see if my toddler approves. He loves oat bars but they def get expensive

Oat is not safe for babies, it’s a huge source of cadmium
