Freya, U just hit the nail on the head. I just inherited my mother's farmhouse in rural NC. I've been back there working on the 100 yo house...I go back from my home in Calif every 3 months. Doing well then hurt my back so did little.Got home told my spouse evrything feels so small , 1850sqft house from 3800 sqft house in NC . My bro contacted me tonight re insurance I'm now responsible for everything but they are still billimg the estate. My hands and head are full keep budgets bills and money for two homes. Finally getting #'s. I'm a financial person and I can't get my arms around NC costs vs income from farms, solar . it's a Hugh house on a large acre lot surrounded by farm land. Think this rad was for me.... yes I have a lot going on😎
