Ingredients
For the chicken:
* 400–500 g chicken fillet, diced
* Olive oil
* Garlic seasoning
* Chicken seasoning
* Paprika
* Salt to taste
For the rice:
* 2 cup rice, rinsed
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 carrot, chopped or grated
* 1–2 tomatoes, chopped
* A small piece of butter
* Water
* Salt to taste
For the salad:
* Tomatoes
* Cucumbers
* Fresh basil

Instructions
1. Cook the chicken
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden.
Add garlic seasoning, chicken seasoning, paprika, and a bit of salt.
Cook until fully done, then set aside.
2. Prepare the vegetables
In the same pan, add a little butter.
Cook the onion until soft.
Add the red bell pepper, then the carrot.
Add the tomatoes and season lightly with salt.
3. Cook the rice
Add the rinsed rice to the vegetables and fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
Pour in enough water to just cover the rice.
Cook on low heat until most of the water is absorbed.
4. Finish the dish
Place the cooked chicken on top of the rice.
Cover with damp parchment paper and a lid.
Leave on low heat for about 15 minutes, until the rice is fully cooked.
5. Serve
Serve with a fresh salad made from tomatoes, cucumbers, and basil.
The result is a flavorful and comforting rice dish with juicy spiced chicken and tender vegetables.
