during this time period the TK troopers were basically more viligant as this was the rise of the empire and it was unstable, so they had to be locked in however few years with no resistance at all, they were just they were chilling with no one to fight until the rebellion came

TK troopers was an actual soldier born and trained to be soldier while stormtroopers is your average draft soldier from post war where the empire need quantity more than quality

Actual storm troopers are incredibly effective. But the memes revolving around them and Disney not properly representing them is the issue. Read the Star Wars novels, comics and just lore and you’ll realize.

Original Trilogy Stormtroopers are very good too, in fact stormtroopers are elite soldiers, the whole "bad aim" joke is pretty much false slander amplified by Disney to make them ridiculous, but it's not meant to be. Obi-wan in Episode IV refers to them as being elite and very accurate, in Episode IV as well when people would either say their aim is bad of that main characters have plot armour both ain't true, they were in fact ordered not to kill them and to let them go to follow their trace and find the Rebel base

I guess it dose make sense they were trained by clone commando and meny of them probably fought in the clone wars but the Stromtroopers were really good too as good if not better in some cases but only when they were first made they were really good troops but as time went on I think training standards fell and by the battle of endor most of the regular imperial army was made Stromtrooper for the better view as I guess it made the empire look more scary but the stormtroopers became a lot less effective because of that
