Ex barista here, every single time someone would ask for their coffee ‘extra hot’ I’d make it the exact same way I made every coffee. Never once got a complaint or asked for it to be even hotter

There’s a really cool thing where the coffee is made with boiling water and steam. In general that has the effect of making a drink that is hot. Hope that helps

Barista here. Extra hot isn’t a thing unless you want burnt milk, when people ask for extra hot we roll our eyes. All you’re getting is a preheated cup, the coffee is the same temperature😁.

Barista here, we never make it extra hot, we make it as normal and say it’s extra hot, also if any of you ask for an extra hot Americano, I hope your pillows are warm on both sides and your charger only works at a certain angle
