@rearfacinguk: Look at the diffence between forward facing and rear facing! 🚗 When rear facing, the seat takes the impact and the head, neck and spine stay aligned. When forward facing the child’s head, neck and spine aren’t protected in the same way which increases the risk of injury. It’s recommended that children stay rear facing for as long as possible or until at least the age of 4. This gives time for children’s bones to mature and become strong enough to withstand the forces of being forward in a collision. It’s never too late to turn your 1,2,3,4 year old back to rear facing.
