I get the frustration but you really should have like nursery spares. I’m sure you know but any child can have an accident, toilet trained or not. And sometimes parents don’t pack extra clothes because they aren’t expecting it or even if it’s a child that just ran out of spares for the day. The nursery I worked at had TONS of spares. We also let parents know that if they had any clothes that their children had grown out of, we would love to take them to use as spares. This helps to rotate the stock of clothes to make sure they are in good condition.

Instead of do you need to go you just take them . I’ve toilet trained like 100 + children in my career and parents expect us to toilet train them. When my kids went into training I kept them home for two weeks and did it at home

honestly they probably need a change of clothes for every hour of the day so if they are at nursery for 10 hours they need 10 full changes of clothes including socks underwear vest etc because if they don't use it then that's great but there might need it especially when toilet training
