Who cares if it’s over budget. It’s giving people jobs and keeping them in jobs, it’s bringing families to rural towns and boosting local economy. And eventually when it’s finished everyone is meant to benefit from it yeah?

How do all these project go over budget? 5% or even 10% even 15% I can get it. How do u go from $2b and end up $22B. 🤯 they might as well say, just give me an open check!!! Imagine u are building a house for $1.5M and it ends up to be $16.5M.

We loose 30% of the energy just to pump the water uphill. It’s a $20 billion battery, that with every “100 megawatts it consumes, will return 70 megawatts into the grid”.
