So that kind of explains why I get anaphalaxis to the Greek feta and not the danish feta

Dodoni took companies to court because they were using the word “FETA” which is registered to Dodoni only. Now they are adding a “TT” so they don’t get sued.

Dude half the world has briny soft white cheese. Ever heard of Bulgarian feta? Greek-made isn’t better or real, it’s just a word.
