put a cup of stock in the bottom, it'll help the potatoes cook faster and they come out all juicy

For capsicums, I get off the bottoms and the tops and make little chunks out of the leftover flesh from those. then for the rest of the bell, I stand it up and take my knife next to one of the gills and run it down the side of it. you can then lay it flat and make one long piece but rolling it out as you cut the gills off. Then slice as you require
